Ethan Cary

During my college search, I really wanted to find a place where I could be challenged academically while also forming meaningful connections with the people around me. TCU has everything that someone would expect from a Big 12 school with amazing athletics, facilities, and amenities. However, the thing that separates TCU from the rest is the wonderful people that make up the Horned Frog community. While also reaping the benefits of a larger institution with small school charm, I am able to thrive at TCU because of the amazing students and supportive faculty and staff. God clearly directed me to TCU for a reason, and I cannot wait to see the positive impact that I can leave on the world thanks to TCU.

After graduation, I plan to attend medical school. My curiosity for science has always been a major part of my life, and I look forward to being able to use my interest to help others as a doctor. I am unsure of the exact branch of medicine in which I will specialize, but I am sure that whatever I decide will lead me to a rewarding future of helping the afflicted. I am so grateful that the Chancellor’s Scholarship has provided me the opportunity to begin my journey at this terrific university. Go Frogs!
