Why I Chose TCU:
My first time on campus, I was eagerly welcomed by students, faculty, and staff as if I had already 100% committed to the school and already part of the TCU family. I was attracted to the strong sense of community, both among students and with faculty, as well as through service. I knew TCU would push me to grow academically and prepare me for my career post-graduation, but feeling so welcomed and supported before even being a TCU student sealed the deal. I left feeling confident that TCU is where I will excel academically, socially, and spiritually.
Plans After Graduation:
With my B.S. in Neuroscience and minor in Nutrition, I plan to attend medical school and pursue a career as a healthcare professional. I am eager to continue to work closely with physicians in different specialties as I further grow and discover what I am most passionate about, though I am confident my passion and interest in medicine will not change. My ultimate goal is to apply my skills of leadership, communication, and unwavering work ethic, as well as the relationships I cultivate at TCU, in my career, family, friendships, and attitude toward new experiences post-graduation. I aspire to continue to broaden my knowledge and pursue my interests while maintaining my values and learning experiences to ethically create a positive impact on many's lives through my healthcare career.
