Why I Chose TCU:
The sense of community here was unlike any other school I visited, and the atmosphere of the music school especially was warm and inviting. Dr. Elisabeth Adkins, now my violin professor, was extremely important in my decision-making process. I consider myself very privileged to call myself one of her students. TCU allows me to pursue both a challenging and fulfilling degree in music while not compromising other aspects of my social and academic life, a trait that has been incredibly beneficial to me since beginning my time here.
Plans After Graduation:
I plan to work for a few years before pursuing a higher degree in business. From there, I hope to work as a director for a symphony orchestra. It is my dream to work closely with classical music for as long as I am lucky enough to, and I don't intend to ever lose my passion for the violin.
