Martha Johnston

I always knew TCU was a great school since I am from Fort Worth. I also have a long family history with TCU as my grandmother, dad, mom, and sister attended the university. I looked at schools outside of Texas and always compared the other schools to TCU. I knew it had the small school atmosphere where I would get attention and help from my teachers, the big school spirit with D1 sports, and various programs that fit what I could see myself doing at the university level. I was fortunate to attend Chancellor's Scholars Weekend, where I learned even more about TCU, and I could not pass up the opportunity so generously gifted to me!

I hope to attend Law School after earning a Bachelor's Degree from TCU. I could also see myself wanting to earn a Master's Degree! I plan to either help children in the foster care system through a family law path, or help on the medical side and work with legal teams to help improve cancer drug laws for pediatric children specifically!
