I saw that TCU had fit every single mark for what a genuine experience for education should be. Education isn't just about being challenged academically, but about thriving in a community of like-minded scholars that help you achieve your goals. As a neuroscience major who also performs in the school of music, TCU has given me such a unique opportunity because they aren't focused on getting me in and out, but TCU wants me and all its students to grow into people that change the world.

I plan on getting my PhD in neuroscience and becoming a clinical psychologist for assisting families with neurodivergent children, especially those with ASD. As an autistic person myself I see this as a way to use my understanding of the disorder and experiences of it so that I can help the development of children who are struggling.
